Fairmount Cooperative Preschool offers two extended day programs.  Both are run and supervised by our teachers.  These affordable programs run from 11:30 am - 1:55 pm on school days.  Children bring their own lunches, have indoor/outdoor play time and participate in crafts and activities.

PDO (Parent's Day Out)

Offered Wednesday and Friday, PDO is a less formal structure than the morning classes.  Includes a craft or activity and indoor/outdoor play time.

Cost:  $10/day or 10 days for $90


EDE (Extended Day Enrichment)

MISS BEE'S BOOK CLUB (Thursday 11:30 - 1:55) - We are very excited to offer a new reading program for our four year olds!  Every Thursday after school Miss Bee's Book Club will get together to practice reading and sight word recognition.  This class promises to be an enriching experience for the kids and you'll see the difference when they come home reading new words each week!!

FAIRMOUNT FRIENDS EDE (1st/3rd Tuesday of the month 11:30 - 1:55) -  All Ages EDE and Fairmount Friends Programs are held every other Tuesday.  Lynette Bates, our young 4s teacher, teaches these sessions.  Activities include nature walks, baking lessons, and making arts and crafts to lift the spirits of those in our community in need.
